In short, our discipleship is designed to form a deeper affection for Christ that overflows to all areas of their lives. In these relationships you will study God's Word together, read important books of the Christian faith, discuss how faith should can be integrated into each arena of life, confess sin and pursue greater holiness together & spend time in prayer together. We believe that one of the best ways to develop spiritual maturity, an integrated life of faith and greater zeal in our walk with the Lord is through one-on-one discipleship.Īt The Village we strive to pair up all of our members with another church member for one-on-one discipleship.
We also long to raise up passionate leaders who have a desire to proclaim and spread the Gospel both in and outside of the Church. We long to develop and invest in individuals to know and love Jesus with each and every aspect of their lives. Our desire at The Village is to pursue greater maturity in our relationship with Jesus Christ.
We believe that discipleship should be one of the primary missions of the church.
